Manju Jois: Ashtanga Yoga Workshops
December 7 & 8, 2013
Manju Jois is the oldest son of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, the world's foremost authority on Ashtanga Yoga. Manju started practicing yoga at the age of seven, when he was awakened early each day by his father to begin lessons that would forever change the course of his life. He began teaching at the age of 15 with his father and has continued ever since.
In his 50 years of teaching, Manju has travelled to 22 countries sharing the ancient traditions passed down from his father, including pranayama and Vedic chantings. This will be the first time Manju has taught in Honolulu. Don't miss this opportunity to study with one of the masters of Ashtanga Yoga.
