Ashtanga Yoga Retreat at Volcano, Hawaii

Join Cathy Louise and Glen on Hawaii's Big Island for three days of Ashtanga Yoga Mysore practice and workshops. The retreat center is on six acres of tropical rainforest next to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and 30 miles from black sand beaches. Explore the nature of this area, discover local artists, or soak in the center's hot tub. Enjoy breakfast together on the lanai and in the evening dine on fresh, local vegetarian food catered by Volcano Arts Café.
Space is initially limited, so please register early to secure your place. If it fills, we will open up the retreat to more people depending on availability of cottages at the retreat center.
