Through creative play, breathing exercises, yoga postures and relaxation, kids explore the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga in a fun-filled learning environment.

Kids 5-9 develop a sense of their body and the way it moves, grow more aware of themselves in relation to their
environment, improve their attention span and awareness of breath, and become stronger and more flexible, co-ordinated and graceful.

The teacher Brynne Caleda is certified with Yoga Ed., which develops programs specifically for children in schools and communities nationwide.
